A yard sale?
I think this could be a collectible it turns out I think I might be wrong but if its also a backpack then its
a 2004 pikachu from Epcot.
How is it in such good condition?

yeah i know, nope not the backpack one... but it is pretty old around the same year probably and I have no idea i was SO happy to find it in this condition
