I really like this one, she looks like a very cute character. The outfit is pretty well drawn, and aside from the eyes being unevenly placed, the face is pretty good as well.

Her skin is a little too white, it blends with the background making it hard to see where that ends and she begins. Try adding an outline to fix this. There isn't a whole lot more I can say since it's hard to see her actual body without an outline, but I notice that you always draw people with their hands behind their backs. This is very common for beginners, but I think you should know that avoiding drawing hands will not make you any better at them. Just try practicing them, and using references makes it a lot easier.

Overall, great job with proportions, but try to work more on the details ^^
